T. didactique. Trouble dans un mécanisme. Il se dit, en termes d'Astronomie, des Modifications qui se produisent dans le mouvement des corps célestes, par suite de leur action mutuelle. Les perturbations de la planète Uranus ont conduit à la découverte de la planète Neptune. Il se dit aussi, en termes de Météorologie, des Troubles qui modifient les conditions de notre atmosphère. Une perturbation atmosphérique. Il se dit encore, en termes de Médecine, du Trouble causé dans l'organisme par quelque maladie; et dans la marche d'une maladie par quelque remède énergique. Il se dit, par extension, des Bouleversements qui surviennent dans un État, dans une société, dans une affaire, dans un esprit, etc.
